Nathan Archard

Nathan Archard has a diverse work experience in the sports field. Nathan is currently the USL W Head Coach at Birmingham Legion FC, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Technical Director/Tournament Director at Birmingham United Soccer Association starting in 2018. Nathan also served as Assistant Technical Director/Tournament Director at the same organization from 2016 onwards. Nathan was an Assistant Soccer Coach at Young Harris College from 2014 to 2016 and Assistant Boys Varsity Soccer Coach at Virgil Grissom High School from 2013 to 2014. Nathan worked as a Staff Coach/Coordinator at United Soccer Club from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Nathan gained experience as an Athletic Department Intern at the University of Alabama from 2011 to 2012 and at the University of Montevallo from 2010 to 2011. Nathan volunteered at various sports events, including the AHSAA, Crimson Couch 5K, and the United States Quad Rugby National Championships. Overall, Nathan Archard has a strong background in coaching and sports management.

Nathan Archard completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sport Management from The University of Alabama from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology - Health Promotion from the University of Montevallo from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nathan Archard has also obtained several certifications. Nathan holds a USSF National A-Youth License from the U.S. Soccer Federation, which was obtained in July 2022.
