Connie Hill

Connie Hill is an accomplished leader and educator with extensive experience in the nonprofit and academic sectors. Serving as President and CEO of Girls Inc. of Central Alabama since November 2014, Connie is dedicated to inspiring girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Concurrently, Connie has been an Adjunct Professor of Political Science at Birmingham-Southern College since 2007, teaching various courses on American government and public policy. Previous roles include Executive Director of Pathways, where Connie managed two agencies, and Associate Executive Director at the YWCA of Central Alabama, overseeing domestic violence programs and affordable housing initiatives. Additionally, Connie has provided consulting services focused on housing and homelessness through Connie Hill Consulting and has experience in planning with the United Way of Central Alabama. Connie holds a PhD in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Alabama.
