Josh Beck Cic

Josh Beck, CIC, has extensive experience across various industries, particularly in leadership and operations. Currently serving on the Leadership Council for the Boys & Girls Club since December 2020, Josh has been a Partner at the Insurance Office of America since November 2016. As the Founder and Inventor of XMR Sports, Josh developed an innovative patented massage roller designed for use while standing, providing a unique approach to muscle relaxation. Additional roles include Cycling Instructor at both the Birmingham YMCA and Life Time Inc., and a series of managerial positions in the manufacturing sector, including roles as Plant Manager at O'Neal Steel and Valmont Industries. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from Auburn University.
