Christopher DeLong

Chris Delong is the Founder and CEO of Birnam Oak Advisors, LP, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Investment Officer at Taconic Capital from June 1999 to December 2023. With over 25 years of experience in various roles such as Analyst, Portfolio Manager, and Chief Investment Officer. Their career includes a position as Vice President in the Equity Derivatives Group at J.P. Morgan from 1996 to 1999 and as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 1993 to 1994. Chris Delong holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and an A.B. in History from Harvard University. They attended Sidwell Friends School from 1976 to 1985.
