Parijat Neeraj has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry, starting as a Chef de Partie at Novotel Hotel Edinburgh Scotland in 2006. Parijat progressed to roles such as Sous Chef at Wahaca London, Deputy Manager of New Product Development at Devyani International Limited, and Manager & Executive Chef at TFL. Parijat has also served as a Senior Manager of New Product Development at Bowlopedia Restaurant India Limited and Au Bon Pain within the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group. Currently, they hold the position of Head Central Kitchen & New Product Development at Biryani By Kilo. Throughout their career, Parijat has been involved in developing new food products, maintaining quality standards, vendor development, and managing kitchen operations.

Parijat Neeraj completed secondary education at DAV Public School from 1993 to 2000. Parijat then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management at the International Institute of Hotel Management from 2003 to 2006. Finally, they obtained a BA in International Hospitality Management from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh Scotland UK in 2006-2007.
