Andrea Dennis

Andrea Dennis has served as an Application Analyst at i3 Verticals since May 2016, specializing in the Vehicle Title and Registration System (VTRS) for the State of Tennessee's Department of Revenue, Vehicle Services. Key responsibilities include providing Tier 3 Support, testing and bug reporting, feature design for enhanced usability, and conducting quality assurance and quality control testing for updates. Prior to this role, Andrea was a Lab Teaching Assistant at East Tennessee State University from August 2012 to May 2016, assisting students in the Intro to Computer Science/Java course with tutoring, test proctoring, and lab instruction, and also gained experience as an APS Student Worker focused on library services and microfilm technologies. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Computing in Information Technology from East Tennessee State University, obtained in 2016.
