Business Information Systems (BIS), is a data systems design partnership company founded in 1977 to help businesses and government entities find solutions by using the latest computer technology and programming techniques.

Now, over 40 years later, we are continuing to expand and grow. In addition to the numerous solutions we offer, we have expanded our development to provide robust custom statewide motor vehicle solutions to meet the needs of any state.

We employ over 100 team members and continue to meet the needs of over 300 government entities and commercial customers throughout the states of Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Virginia.
