Lori Seppala has held various positions since 1997. Lori began their career as an Operations Manager at NH Redline, where they were responsible for organizing the business to ensure its steady growth. In 2008, they became an Administrative Assistant at Optical Alchemy, where they were responsible for AP and AR using QuickBooks. In 2011, they moved to F&N Restaurant Services, LLC, where they served as an Administrative Assistant, handling AP and AR responsibilities using QuickBooks and creating and managing excel spreadsheets. Since 2015, they have been a Customer Success Coordinator and Porting Coordinator at Biscom, where they coordinate and administers the porting and provisioning of fax numbers from current carriers into Biscom and assists the Sales Department with assorted projects. Lori also updates Great Plains with cash receipts on a daily basis and creates invoices monthly.
