Aliette Philip Reymondet

Aliette PHILIP REYMONDET currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for Biscuit International France, overseeing operations at the Briec and Fouesnant sites since July 2023. Previously, Aliette held the position of Human Resources Director at NICOT Entreprises from May 2019 to November 2022 and worked as the HR Legal Manager at GROUPE-SORECO from 2017 to 2019. From 2001 to 2017, Aliette served as the Legal and Social Manager at MAZET S.A.S., managing HR functions for 285 employees across two establishments. Aliette began a career in law as a Jurist in public procurement at the Fédération Française du Bâtiment du Puy-de-Dôme from 1994 to 2001, providing legal counsel and facilitating dispute resolution for member companies. Aliette holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from Université de Bretagne Occidentale.
