Jean-Simon Dormegnies

Jean-Simon Dormegnies has extensive experience in the production and R&D of baked goods. Jean-Simon held the position of Responsable de production et R&D at THOMAS BRIOCHE from 2003 to 2008, then moved on to Groupe POULT where Jean-Simon served as Responsable de production from November 2008 to December 2014. Currently, Jean-Simon works as Plants Manager at BISCUIT INTERNATIONAL since January 2015.
