Olivia Toulemonde is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in logistics and transportation across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Logistics & Transportation Procurement at Biscuit International since February 2023, Olivia effectively manages a €150m spend portfolio, achieving €5m in savings through strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Olivia held positions at Fnac Darty as a Senior Logistic & Transportation Buyer, managing a €80m annual spend, and at Toyota Motor Europe as an Inland Logistic Buyer within the Graduate Development Program. Extensive expertise in airfreight sourcing and contract management was developed during tenure at Michelin and ArcelorMittal. Olivia holds a Master in Management from KEDGE Business School and a BBA in International Business & Administration from Groupe ESC Troyes.
