Samuel BOUQUET is an accomplished industrial director with extensive experience in food manufacturing. Currently serving as the Director of BISCUITS BOUVARD since March 2022, Samuel previously held the position of Director at Group Depré from July 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, Samuel was the Director of the Innovation Lab at KDC/ONE from September 2019 to June 2020 and spent several years at MARIE - Groupe LDC as the Director of a factory producing frozen pizzas, quiches, and crepes, overseeing operations with 300 employees and production volumes of 22,000 tons. Samuel began the career as Director of another factory, managing 150 personnel and producing 8,000 tons of frozen pizzas, quiches, and pastries. Samuel BOUQUET graduated with a degree in Agro-Food Engineering from AgroParisTech in 2000.
