Samsom Tadesse

Samsom Tadesse is an experienced mining professional currently serving as a Mining Supervisor at Bisha Mining Share Company since January 2015, where responsibilities include supervising operators and mining equipment, ensuring safety, and driving production targets. Prior roles at Bisha Mining include Mining Operations Engineer, where participation in shift handovers and safety meetings was essential, as well as Mining Engineer responsible for mine planning and production. Earlier experience includes serving as a Mining Field Engineer and in various capacities as a Graduate Mining Engineer Trainee, gaining exposure across multiple mining sections under the mentorship of international professionals. Additionally, Samsom contributed to community service initiatives with the Ministry of Mines and Energy in Eritrea. An educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the Eritrea Institute of Technology, completed in 2014.
