Siera Alem

Siera Alem has extensive experience in the mining and IT sectors, currently serving as Process Plant Superintendent at Bisha Mining Share Company since July 2009, overseeing overall process plant operations. Previous roles within Bisha Mining include Senior Process Supervisor, Concentrate/DSO Screening and Blending Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Filter and Load out Supervisor, and Control Room Operator, all centered on production and operational activities. Earlier experience includes IT Officer and Technician roles at various companies, providing hardware and software maintenance, server management, and training. Siera's education includes a Diploma in Fine Arts from the Eritrean Institute of Technology, multiple certificates in mining and operations management, and safety training.
