James Stuart

James Stuart is the co-founder of Custard, a hospitality management company specializing in branding and operational strategy. Raised in the US after moving from London at the age of 12, James began working in hospitality at 13 in a family-owned pub and gained extensive experience in fine dining and hotel management in New York City. Over the years, James has held roles such as Director at Esmé Miami Beach and has contributed to various hospitality projects, including boutique hotel openings and food and beverage consulting. With three decades of industry expertise, James continues to innovate within the hospitality sector.
