Karen L. Fisher, CTFA, CLPF, is the President of Bishop Fiduciary Services Ltd. since November 2012, with a dedication to ensuring clients' estate plans are executed according to their wishes. With over twenty years of experience in trust and estate administration for high net worth individuals, previous positions include Vice President & Senior Trust Officer at Mechanics Bank and Bank of the West, where comprehensive services such as estate settlement and ongoing trust administration were provided. Early career experience at Citigroup as an Assistant Trust Officer involved addressing the unique needs of ultra high net worth clients, along with managing internal processes and compliance. Academically, Karen holds an M.A. in Sociology from the University of New Orleans and a B.S. in Business Administration, with further studies at Virginia Tech.

It's our privilege to provide trust and estate administration services for individuals and families throughout the Bay Area and beyond. We administer a wide variety of trusts including Irrevocable Trusts, Special Needs Trusts and Charitable Trusts. We also at act as agent under a client's Advanced Health Care Directive and Power of Attorney for Finances. At times we also step in to act as conservator of the person and estate. We also provide professional fiduciary accounting services for attorneys. We have a dedicated staff that prepares the accountings and works directly with the attorney, their staff as well as their client in need of the accounting. We have prepared accountings for all Bay Area county courts.
