James Parham

James Parham is an accomplished environmental professional with extensive experience in research, development, and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Development at Trutta Environmental Solutions since January 2017, James also holds the position of President at Parham & Associates Environmental Consulting, which specializes in providing integrated solutions for fisheries and water resources management. With a strong background in hydrology and aquatic biology obtained through roles at the Bishop Museum and various academic institutions, James has developed sophisticated GIS models for water and fish habitat management both in Hawaii and on the mainland USA. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, highlighting expertise in natural resource management and policy.
