David Petroni

David Petroni is an experienced finance and corporate development professional, currently serving as the Founder of Bishop Peak Advisors, LLC since November 2022, where M&A advisory services are provided to venture and private equity-backed companies in the enterprise SaaS and digital health sectors. Previously, David held the position of CFO at Utmost from December 2019 to November 2022, contributing to a merger with Beeline. David founded Bishop Peak Advisors in 2014, offering interim CFO and corporate development expertise. Other notable roles include VP of Business Development at Workday, SVP of Corporate Development at Epicor Software, CFO and VP of Corporate Development at Valchemy, and VP of Corporate Business Development at PeopleSoft.
