Cheryl Wong

Cheryl Wong has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. Cheryl began their career in 2001 at Ernst & Young as an Audit, where they designed, planned, and executed audit and review programs for numerous private companies. In 2005, they joined Empire Companies as a Community Manager, where they managed accounting for Prestige Homes, LP-Northern California projects, created and monitored operational and financial business plans, and presented quarterly operational and financial results. In 2008, they moved to Kimpton Hotels as Senior Director Corporate Accounting, where they reduced the month-end close period from 15 working days to 7 working days, ran the company's annual $10 million corporate allocated operating expense budget process, and acted as a business partner to department heads. In 2016, they joined Pacific Eagle Holdings Corporation as Senior Director Accounting, where they managed PEH's external consolidated financial statement audits and prepared IFRS technical accounting memos related to commercial real estate property sales of $460.5 million and sales of interests in financial investments to third party investors. In 2017, they moved to The Chartres Lodging Group as Senior Director, Finance & Accounting, and in 2018, they joined Bishop Ranch by Sunset Development Company as Assistant Controller. In 2022, they moved to Bishop Ranch as Controller.

Cheryl Wong attended Cal State East Bay- College of Business & Economics from 1997 to 2001 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Marketing Management.
