Erika Perez

Erika Perez has worked in various marketing and student roles since 2005. Erika started as a student at UC Davis in 2005, then became a Marketing Coordinator for UC Davis Athletics in the same year. Erika then worked at Carmel Partners from 2011 to 2015, first as a Marketing Specialist and then as a Marketing Manager. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior Marketing Associate at Greystar, where they developed and implemented strategic and tactical marketing and advertising plans, liaised with advertising agencies, analyzed and reported on market and trend data, and supported and assisted in the acquisition and take-over of new management contracts. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Marketing Manager at FivePoint Communities. Currently, they are the Director of Digital Marketing at Bishop Ranch.

Erika Perez attended the University of California, Davis from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Double Major Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish.
