Harout Hagopian

Harout Hagopian has a long and varied career in real estate. Harout began their career in 1993 as a Real Estate Manager for Investment Development Services, Inc., where they managed a portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties totaling approximately 750,000 rsf for private and institutional clients. In 1996, they became a Development Specialist for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Jose. In 1997, they were promoted to Director of Property Management for Equity Office Properties Trust. In 2001, they moved to Equity Office as Vice President of Operations, where they managed and operated 5.5 million rsf of a class A office portfolio located on the San Francisco Peninsula. Harout'sduties included creating and implementing an annual budget with gross revenues in excess of $200M, as well as leading 65+ property management, engineering, and construction personnel on superior execution of long term strategy and annual business plan. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Vice President for Bishop Ranch by Sunset Development Company.

Harout Hagopian obtained a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 1985 and 1989.
