Stephanie Hill

Stephanie Hill has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. Stephanie began their career in 2005 as a Regional Purchasing Analyst with Richmond American Homes. In 2010, they joined Seifel Consulting Inc. as a Consultant, where they conducted surveys and generated original datasets to analyze physical and economic conditions of select geographic areas. In 2014, they moved to Trammell Crow Residential as Vice President of Development. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Bishop Ranch as Senior Vice President of Development and Construction.

Stephanie Hill completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. Stephanie then went on to receive their Masters in City Planning with a focus on Land Use and Real Estate from the University of California, Berkeley. Stephanie Hill's educational journey began at Saint Joseph's High School.
