Jessica Hooper

Vice President, Learning Design at Bisk

Jessica Hooper has a diverse background in instructional design and education development. Jessica started as a Staff Assistant at the University of South Florida in 2001 and advanced to the role of Adjunct Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology. Jessica'sexperience includes positions such as Instructional Designer, Educational Technologist, and Director of Education Development at the American Association for Physician Leadership®. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Instructional Design at Bisk.

Jessica Hooper earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Arts and Science with concentrations in Management & Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2004. Jessica then obtained a Management Development Diploma from the same institution in 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Communication and Media Technology at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2013. Currently, Jessica is completing their Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Technology at the University of South Florida, expected to graduate in 2024. Jessica also holds a Small Business Management Certificate from Rochester Institute of Technology earned in 2003.
