Øyvind Nordseth Westbye

Øyvind Nordseth Westbye has extensive experience in UX and design, currently serving as the leader for UX and design at Kraftlauget since September 2025. Prior to this, Øyvind held multiple roles at Columbus from August 2017 to September 2025, including Principal Advisor and UX Lead, where Øyvind led significant UX initiatives for e-commerce projects. Øyvind's earlier experience includes senior roles at Creuna, managing design processes and teams, and interaction design at Sopra Steria, where Øyvind focused on usability and design leadership. Additional roles span quality assurance consulting at Mamut ASA, design consulting at Kongsberg Maritime, and a managerial position at Free Record Shop. Øyvind holds a Master’s degree in Informatics and a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media from the University of Oslo, complemented by a course in Design Leadership from Berghs School of Communication.
