Jennifer Unruh

Jennifer Unruh has a diverse work experience in the health and wellness field. Jennifer started working as a Wellness Coach at The Healthstyle Emporium in February 2021. Later in June 2021, they joined Inside Out Health and Fitness PLLC as a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Licensed Nutritionist. Jennifer also worked as a Personal Trainer and Licensed Nutritionist at Touchmark from August 2020 to September 2021. In 2018, they served as the Head Dive Coach at Bismarck Public Schools. Currently, they hold the position of Healthy Living Director at FAMILY WELLNESS BISMARCK MANDAN LLC, starting from October 2021.

Jennifer Unruh obtained a Certificate in Health and Life Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2023. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nutrition and Human Performance at Logan University.
