Andrea Ponce

Andrea Ponce has been working in the IT industry since 2012. Andrea began their career as a Functional Business Analyst at Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas in 2012. In 2014, they joined Accenture Argentina as a Scrum Master and Team Lead, where they were responsible for leading a team of seven business analysts. Andrea also held the role of Business & Integration Analyst and Business & Integration Arch Analyst at Accenture. In 2020, Andrea moved to Mythologic as an IT Project Manager, where they were responsible for leading different development projects for small and medium businesses and implementing a management software. In 2021, Andrea joined Bismart as a Key Account Manager and Responsable PMO.

Andrea Ponce has a diverse educational background. Andrea has a Licentiate degree in Sistemas de Información de las Organizaciones from the University of Buenos Aires, which they obtained between 2009 and 2014. Andrea also has a Licentiate degree in Administración from the same university, which they obtained between 2007 and 2012. In 2019, they obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from EAE Business School. Andrea also completed a Short Program for Education and Employability Development at EAE Business School in 2020, as well as two Minors in Entrenamiento en Inteligencia Emocional y Coaching con PNC and Big Data & Analytics en las Organizaciones. In 2021, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Cerem Business School. In addition, Andrea Ponce has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals and Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team and Blockchain Basics from LinkedIn, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, Certified Business Analysis Professional from IIBA International Institute of Business Analysis, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute.
