Luis Hiniesto

Luis Hiniesto has been working in the IT industry since 1991. Luis began their career as a Trainer, Developer, and Analyst for SUNION, Educación Integral. Luis then moved to Coopers & Lybrand in 1997 as a Principal Consultant, where they worked on projects such as RHIN and CAIFOR. In 2000, they joined IBM as a Delivery Project Executive (DPE) and Senior Manager, working on projects such as the Sales Force Automation with Siebel 8.0 for VODAFONE. In 2015, they joined Bip Spain as a BI/Big Data Program Manager, where they built the Permanent Connections Arquictecture and created the complete Roadmap towards a new BI/Big Data Model. In 2017, they joined Teradata as a Senior Delivery Lead and Engagement Manager for several Accounts to develop and deploy "AnalyticOps" platforms with different use cases. In 2021, they joined Bismart, Business Intelligence Specialist Services, as a Senior Project Manager.

Luis Hiniesto has a diverse educational background. In 1983, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In 1990, they obtained an Analista Jr. degree in Information Technology from CETICAM (Centro de Tecnología de la Comunidad de Madrid). In 2011, they earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) degree in Project Management from Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications: Consulting Skills - Essentials Level from Teradata in 2020, Vantage Training - Essentials Level from Teradata in 2020, Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2019, and Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute in 2011.
