Jaroslaw Rusiecki began their work experience in 1998 at Slitco as a machine set-up employee. Jaroslaw worked there for the entirety of the year before transitioning to Bison Gear & Engineering. At Bison Gear & Engineering, Rusiecki served as a CNC Lead Programmer, starting in December 1998. No end date is provided for their role at Bison Gear & Engineering.
Jaroslaw Rusiecki attended the College of DuPage from 1998 to 2002, earning three Associate's degrees. In 2000 to 2002, they studied Automated Manufacturing Systems and Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued a degree in Manufacturing Technology.
