Tatiana R. started their work experience in 2014 as a Quality Analyst at Claro/Sonda. Tatiana then joined HP in 2017 as a Process Analyst. In 2019, Tatiana joined Bison Transport Inc. as a System Analyst, and later progressed to become an RPA Support Specialist. Tatiana currently holds the role of Team Lead Robotic Process Automation Developer at Bison Transport Inc.

Tatiana R. began their education in 2009 at Universidad El Bosque, where they studied Industrial Engineering and completed their degree in 2014. In 2015, they furthered their education by obtaining the Itil Foundation V3 certification from Axelos and completing a Lean Six Sigma program from G&C Lean Sigma, specializing in Lean Six Sigma. In 2018, Tatiana R. enrolled at the University of Manitoba to study Business Administration and Management, however, their degree status is undisclosed.
