Brian Dexter

Brian Dexter is an experienced design professional with a focus on consumer and automotive product design. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Consumer Design at BISSELL Homecare, Inc. since November 2017, Brian previously worked as a Design Consultant at Brian Dexter Design from May 2006 to November 2017. Brian's career also includes a role as Design Manager at Johnson Controls from October 1998 to May 2006, where responsibilities included managing development programs and a diverse design team. Earlier experiences include serving as a Staff/Senior Designer at Prince Corporation/Johnson Controls and mentoring high school students with Goodwill Goodguides from 2010 to 2011. Brian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Transportation Design from the ArtCenter College of Design, earned between 1990 and 1994.
