Dan Masterson

Dan Masterson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product development and innovation. Currently serving as the VP of Global Advanced Development at BISSELL Homecare, Inc. since October 2021, Masterson previously held the position of President and Owner at EMD - Complete Innovation since February 2006. Masterson founded and led Guardian Angel Enterprises, Inc. as CEO from May 2009 to April 2022, focusing on juvenile product safety. Prior roles include Director of New Product Development at FKA Brands Ltd., Sr. Manager - Expansive Innovation at Fellowes, and various key positions at SC Johnson and Procter & Gamble. Masterson holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
