Victoria Winfield has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Victoria started their career at Sainsbury's in 2012, working in customer service until 2017. In 2017, they joined Cambridge Epigenetix as a Biomarker Discovery Laboratory Technician, where they worked until 2020. During their time there, they were promoted to the role of Biomarker Discovery Senior Laboratory Technician. In 2020, Victoria joined bit.bio as a Senior Research Technician and later transitioned to the role of NGS Research Assistant. Currently, they hold the position of NGS Scientist at bit.bio.

Victoria Winfield completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences, General at Anglia Ruskin University from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended West Suffolk College from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a High School degree in Applied Science Extended Diploma Level 3. Victoria'ssecondary education was completed at Samuel Ward Academy from 2009 to 2012, where they achieved GCSE qualifications. In addition to their formal education, Victoria has obtained several certifications including Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: UK Employee 2023 from Traliant, MiSeq from Illumina, Good Clinical Laboratory Practice from RQA Group, NovaSeq 6000 from Illumina, and CPR/AED/First Aid from St John Ambulance.
