Wai Chung Hon

Wai Chung Hon, P.Eng., CSM, is a people-first engineering leader deeply committed to developing reliable, high-performing teams through collaboration and a strong product focus. They currently serve as a Senior Engineering Manager at Bit Complete, following a series of leadership roles at BenchSci where they led multiple teams and initiatives that fostered diversity and inclusion. Prior to this, Wai held positions at Wave HQ, including Senior Software Engineer and Agile Project Manager, where they optimized user onboarding and drove cross-team initiatives. Wai holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from McMaster University.
