Sam V. Tabar

Sam V. Tabar is the CEO of Bit Digital (NASDAQ: BTBT) and WhiteFiber (NASDAQ: WYFI), leading initiatives in high-performance computing and digital assets across operations in the US, Canada, and Iceland. Tabar began a career as an attorney at Skadden, Arps, followed by a role as Head of Capital Strategy at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. As a co-founder of Fluidity, successful blockchain products such as AirSwap were developed and later sold to ConsenSys. Tabar has also held key positions including Managing Director at Centerboard Securities and Managing Director at SPARX Group. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
