Previous roles include International Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, and product specialist, where Oana focused on quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development. Oana's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information & Communication Technology in Education from the University of Bucharest and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Titu Maiorescu University. Oana also has experience in front office management training and sales in the cosmetics industry.
