Yuly Buenahora

Yuly Buenahora is the Head of Services at bit2bit Americas since March 2022, leading service teams and enhancing delivery processes to ensure high-quality service that meets client expectations. Previously, Yuly served as a Delivery Manager and Team Leader, where the focus was on developing project managers and driving improvements in service delivery. Prior experience includes significant roles at Pfizer as Sr. Regional Solution Center Manager, where Yuly oversaw application support and project implementations in multiple Latin American countries, and at Baxter Laboratories as Gerente de Tecnología, developing IT strategies that aligned with corporate objectives. Yuly's career also includes leadership positions in CRM and project management across various technology firms. Educational credentials include an MBA from Universidad Metropolitana and a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
