Hossam Arafat is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, product oversight, and client relations. Currently serving as the Head of Product & PMO at BitBang, LLC since February 2021, Hossam has successfully overseen project delivery while acting as a Scrum Master. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Storat.com, where market research and business growth strategies were developed, and as Founder and CEO of Learning Link, leading operations and project management. Additional roles include English Instructor at Speak Up Egypt, Customer Relations Officer and Technical Support Specialist at Sykes Enterprises, and team leadership positions at Wasla Outsourcing and Teleperformance. Hossam holds a High School Diploma from Pyramids Language Schools.
