Elio Narciso

Elio Narciso is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a strong background in technology and business development. As Co-Founder and CEO of Scalestack since December 2021, Elio is focused on creating an AI-powered go-to-market orchestration platform. Elio is also an Executive Member of Pavilion and serves on the Executive Board of Instal, a mobile marketing platform acquired after founding MOBave. Additional experience includes roles as an Investor and Advisor at Bitbrand, and a Principal Business Development leader for Startups at Amazon Web Services, where Elio co-founded the AWS Global Startup Program. Earlier career milestones include co-founding Measurence, as well as establishing MOBave and serving as VP of Corporate Development at Zero9. Elio holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Business from Università Bocconi.
