Xavier B. P.

Xavier B. P. has extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in workers' compensation. Xavier B. began their career at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they worked for over 17 years in various roles, including regional claims manager. Xavier B. then moved on to Sedgwick, where they served as a director and operations manager for a multi-line claims operation. After that, Xavier joined Keenan as a manager for workers' compensation, responsible for claims operations for various school districts. Xavier B. then joined Old Republic General Insurance Group as a vice president, managing their national workers' compensation program. Currently, Xavier is the vice president of workers' compensation at BITCO Insurance Companies, overseeing both their internal program and legacy construction program managed by TPAs. In addition to their industry roles, Xavier has also served as a board member for The Workers' Compensation & Risk Conference.

Xavier B. P. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, graduating between 1988 and 1991. In addition, they hold certifications as a California Property and Casualty Broker-Agent from the California Department of Insurance, obtained in January 2014, and as a California Self-Insured Administrator from the California DWC Self-Insurance Plans, obtained in 1996.
