Andrei Popescu, PhD, is an accomplished entrepreneur and financier with extensive experience in alternative asset management, investment, and technology. As the Founder and CEO of SCX Holdings Pte. Ltd. since March 2018, Andrei leads a company focused on integrity and exceptional performance. Additionally, Andrei serves on the Board of Directors for AQAI Capital and is a Founding Board Member of RoCham Singapore. With roles as an angel investor at TechAngels Romania and SeedInvest, Andrei actively supports the development of tech businesses.
