Mshr Veronica Mehraban

Veronica Mehraban has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Veronica currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Bitcoin of America, a role they began in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Operations and HR Director from November 2022 to January 2023, and as the Operations and HR Manager from July 2022 to October 2022. Veronica started their journey at Bitcoin of America as an Operations Manager in July 2021 and later transitioned to the role of Operations Specialist from April 2021 to July 2021.

Before joining Bitcoin of America, Veronica worked at RJW Logistics Group as an HR Generalist from May 2019 to April 2021. Prior to that, they gained experience at Valid as an HR Recruiter from March 2016 to May 2019. At Valid, their responsibilities included handling temporary employee hiring, maintaining communications with staffing agencies, conducting orientations, and providing support in HR trainings.

Veronica's earlier work experience includes a role as an Internet Manager at Premier Auto Haus from August 2014 to March 2016, where they published and removed online advertisements and managed customer leads. Veronica also worked as an HR Specialist at FIC America from November 2012 to July 2014, where they handled temporary employee hiring, conducted orientations, and managed the conversion process for temporary employees to full-time positions.

Additionally, Veronica has experience as an Administrative Coordinator at R&P Property Investments from February 2012 to June 2012, where they assisted with building operations, communications with personnel and contractors, and procurement of supplies. Veronica also served as an Assistant Principal at Instituto Tecnológico Franco Americano from August 2008 to January 2009, where they supported the Principal in maintaining school safety, supervised students, and assisted with teacher evaluations.

Veronica Mehraban, MSHR, has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resource Management and Development. Veronica obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree from National Louis University, where they attended from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their master's studies, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organization Management and Development from Universidad Madero, which they completed from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Veronica Mehraban has also obtained a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace. Veronica received this certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
