Markéta Kaizlerová

Markéta Kaizlerová has a diverse work experience. Markéta is currently working as a UX Researcher at Trezor since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Freelance UX Researcher from 2020 to 2022, where they worked on a B2B Customer Journey for Heureka, provided research trainings for LMC, facilitated Tribe strategy for Heureka, provided research consultations for "Scouting to Schools" by Skautský Institut, conducted Impact measurement for DemoHRÁČ, and validated concepts for LMC. Markéta also worked as a Designer and Researcher at Pábení from 2020 to 2021. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at LMC as a User Researcher and UX Research Trainee. In 2015, they were an Instructor at Česká cesta - outward bound, s.r.o, where they organized educational courses for companies and led workshops, activities, and reflections. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of West Bohemia in 2015, where they worked on the research project BRIZOLIT - Bezpečnost a kriminalita v sociálně vyloučených lokalitách.

Markéta Kaizlerová received their Master's Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Masaryk University Brno in 2016. Markéta also attended Boğaziçi University in 2015 for additional studies in Sociology and Anthropology.
