Kim Reitzner

Kim Reitzner is a seasoned hospitality and operations professional with a robust career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Vice President of Pilots at Bite since May 2024, Kim has previously held key leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Crazy Bowls and Wraps from August 2021 to April 2024 and Director of Operations at the same company from September 2017 to April 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Training Manager at Panera Bread from June 2008 to September 2017. Kim Reitzner holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from St. Louis Community College, completed in 2008.
