Victória Worcman

Victória Worcman started their work experience as a Summer Intern at Fábrica Agência in December 2019. During this role, they worked in the editorial department and was responsible for planning and creating content for the company's blog, as well as producing and creating content for their Instagram page.

In April 2021, they became an Estagiária at Hillel Rio and worked in that role until October 2021. Victória then transitioned to the position of Marketing Assistant at the same company from October 2021 to March 2022.

Starting from March 2022, Victória worked as a Junior Marketing Manager at Bites Microlearning and held this position until March 2023. Following that, they became a Marketing Project Manager at the same company from March 2023 onwards.

Victória Worcman completed their high school education from 2016 to 2018 at Colégio La Salle Abel. Victória pursued a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Universidade Federal Fluminense from 2019 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Development Program from Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management in January 2022, and Activist Journalism from New York University in April 2021.
