Rienk Miedema

Rienk Miedema is an experienced Agile Coach currently employed at Bitfactory since July 2021, focusing on creating high-performance teams for impactful digital solutions. Previously, Rienk held multiple roles including Scrum Master and Developer at OffspringMedia, which was co-founded and owned by Rienk, specializing in online platforms for pregnant women and young mothers. Rienk has served as Chief Technology Officer at Mama Media Group, overseeing various multimedia platforms for families, and as CTO at Media Nova B.V., where responsibilities included managing scalable online concepts. As CEO and Founder of Mama en Zo B.V., Rienk successfully reorganized the company to restore profitability. Additionally, Rienk has a history as CTO and Partner at Terra Nova i-Communications and founded Direct Solutions during university studies. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from IC University of Applied Sciences and team coaching certification from Teamchange.
