Hanna Li

Hanna Li is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at Gemeente Den Haag, focusing on the adoption of Agile practices within the department I&A. Previously, Hanna served as a Scrum Master at TOPdesk, managing the effectiveness of two multidisciplinary teams and emphasizing a coaching leadership style. Hanna's background includes leading the Agile Guild to enhance organizational agility and supporting business units in developing Agile leadership. Additionally, Hanna has held various editorial and teaching roles at SCRiBBR and Leiden University, contributing to academic writing and Classical Chinese education. Hanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Languages and Cultures of China, a Research Master’s in Area Studies, and further education in Media Studies from Leiden University.
