Robert Lovett

Robert Lovett, Jr. is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice President of Legal and Compliance at Bitfarms since March 2025, focusing on legal support for Bitcoin mining and data center development. Previously, Robert held the same title at Stronghold Digital Mining, where responsibilities included managing corporate meetings and litigation. With a solid foundation from Wabtec Corporation as Vice President, Head of Legal for Freight and Real Estate, Robert gained extensive experience in corporate governance, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. Earlier legal experience includes roles as an associate at K&L Gates and Reed Smith LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and commercial contracts. Robert holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Miami University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
