Ankur Chaturvedi

Ankur Chaturvedi has a strong background in customer success management and sales. Ankur is currently working as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at BitGo, starting in December 2021. Before that, they served as a Lead Customer Success Manager at Calyx Containers from September 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, Ankur worked as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at Cybereason from October 2018 to June 2020 and at ClearCompany Talent Management Software from April 2018 to September 2018. Ankur also gained experience in team management as the Manager of the Account Executive Team at Fuze, formerly ThinkingPhones, from April 2015 to April 2018. Ankur's earlier roles include serving as a Sr. Account Manager at RSA, The Security Division of EMC, from May 2013 to April 2015, and as a Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from September 2011 to May 2013.

Ankur Chaturvedi attended Kingston High School from 2003 to 2007. Ankur then pursued higher education at Boston University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics with a minor in Statistics. Ankur completed their undergraduate studies from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Ankur Chaturvedi has obtained additional certifications. In April 2011, they became a Certified Paralegal (CP) through Boston University. Later, in April 2020, they earned a Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design.
