Edith P.

Edith P. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Edith started their career in 2014 as a Communications / Public Relations summer intern at the San Jose Downtown Association. In 2015, they worked as a Summer Intern at Sherwin Williams and also served as an Executive Secretary at Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity. Edith then joined California State University, Chico in 2014 as a Reach Mentor. In 2016, they worked at TEKsystems as a Technical Recruiter, where they developed recruiting strategies, screened candidates, and completed pre-employment processes. Edith further expanded their experience at Robert Half Technology in 2017 as an Account Executive. Since 2018, they have been employed at BitGo, where they have held various roles including People Operations Specialist / Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer, and Human Resources Generalist. Currently, they are serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at BitGo.

Edith P. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus in Human Resources Management and Services from California State University, Chico. Edith attended the university from 2012 to 2016. In February 2018, they obtained two additional certifications, namely "Human Resources Foundations" and "Onboarding New Hires," from LinkedIn. Two years later, in February 2020, they earned the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
