Mais Hanoon

Mais Hanoon has a strong background in technical support engineering. Their most recent role was as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at BitGo, starting in July 2021. Prior to that, Mais worked as a Technical Support Specialist at PPRO from October 2019 to June 2021. They also have experience as an IT Assistant at The University of Freiburg from January 2017 to April 2018. Mais previously worked as a CRM Support Engineer at Jawwal from March 2013 to September 2015. Mais started their career as an Application Support Engineer at EastNets from February 2012 to March 2013, where they provided support for anti-money laundering applications, solved cases for banks connected to SWIFT, and provided training for banks and new employees.

Mais Hanoon earned their Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Freiburg, graduating in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems at Jordan University of Science and Technology, graduating in 2012. Mais began their formal education at Al-Adaweya High School, where they obtained a Tawjihi in the Scientific Stream in 2008.
